Place and Date of Birth: Jinotega, Nicaragua, August 20th, 1945.

 

Advanced Studies: - Law Degree from the Universidad Centroamericana, 1969. Admitted to the Bar as Lawyer before the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice on April 30, 1970.

- Certified as Notary Public before the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua on May 19, 1970.

 

Other Studies: - First Seminar on General Bonded Warehouses sponsored by Universidad Centroamericana and Instituto Nacional de Comercio Exterior e Interior – INCEI (National Institute of Foreign and Domestic Trade). September 1970.
