CENTRAL LAW Nicaragua, through our partner, Ms. Soraya Montoya, provided legal support on the purchase and sale of a property that will be developed into condominiums by a Property Development Company.
On Tuesday, June 2 of this year, the National Assembly approved Law to amend “Law No. 532, Law on Promotion of Electricity Generation with Renewable Sources” for the purpose of reforming article eight (8) of this Law. Article eight covers the period available to investors to access the benefits provided by the Law.
The project involves the modernization, expansion and improvement of the physical facilities of Puerto Castilla. There is already a port terminal built by the State of Honduras and this initiative aims to provide an improvement, an extension, modernization, but especially to attract new units that trade with Honduras.
