 CENTRAL LAW FIRM SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH MIZUHO CORPORATE BANK, LTD. TO PROVIDE ADVISORY SERVICES IN CENTRAL AMERICA, PANAMA AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
