As of January 2007, Abogados y Asesores Corporativos will be identified as MEDINA, ROSENTHAL & FERNANDEZ Central Law, alluding to the last names of its partner’s, Jesús Humberto Medina Alva, Yani B. Rosenthal Hidalgo y José Antonio Fernández Flores. This firm, with its own offices in San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, was founded in 1989 in the city of San Pedro Sula, Honduras and enjoys a high reputation in the business community. Its partners began the Firm with one ideal in mind: excellence in legal services, through efficiency, competence, dedication and creativity. Under the vision and direction of its founders, the Firm has obtained prestige at national and international levels.
