CENTRAL LAW in Costa Rica incorporates JD Enrique Rojas Franco as partner who will lead the recent new office of the firm at Avenida Escazú and will strengthen the public law practice since January 2019.
JD Rojas Franco is an expert in public law in Costa Rica with a long- term trajectory and studies abroad.
Rafael Quirós, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the firm says that the incorporation of the new partner is a great acquisition due to the knowledge he will bring to the public law practice within CENTRAL LAW.
JD Rojas Franco is a doctor in public law (Universidad de Burdeos, France and Rome) and has been Director of the Public Law Master in the School of Law of the University of Costa Rica and Vice Dean of the same center of Superior Studies. Has hold different positions such as president of the Bar Association, Deputy Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice and President of the Administrative Tribunal of the OEA. He has also received several distinctions along his professional career. Member of the Spanish Academy of Moral and Politic Sciences and of Jurisprudence and Legislation. Member of the Iberoamerican Administrative Law Federation (in Spanish, FIDA).
